Cropping done well

While reading today's paper I noticed that the sports section used one of my photos but at first I didn't recognize it because it was cropped. Usually I get pretty mad when I see that the page layout people crop a photo. Today it was different. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the way they cropped it made it look better; which is what cropping is supposed to do.

My action photos weren't anything special but I did enjoy taking photos of the one coach. No matter what the call, she either made a face, yelled, or stood up and waved her arms. Sometimes its the sidelines and benches that are more interesting than the game.

A few more of Elvis

I've gotten to spend some more time with Don to see what his life is like when he's not being Elvis. I went to work with him and I went to karaoke with him. He's pretty close with his family and his fiance's family. At work his eldest grandson visited him and at karaoke he danced with his future daughter-in-law.

1st Elvis Impersonator Edit

I decided after taking a week break from looking at the photos to edit them. This is a simple story nothing complex, just something to give me some practice. Don Smith is a long time Elvis fan and participated in his first Elvis impersonation competition two weeks ago.

Suggestions? Anything missing? Anything I should remove?
